• You can enjoy your own holiday home in the French Riviera 6 months of the year from April to September

Important:
Buying a mobile home on a campsite is a leisure investment, it is in no way a financial investment.
Like an automobile, a mobile home is an asset that depreciates over time.
After some years, depending on the age, maintenance and disrepair of your property, you may be asked to change the location of or update your mobile home. In this case, the campsite will propose solutions adapted to your situation.

Opening dates for your mobile home in the French Riviera

• For your personal use: from 1st April to 31st October.
• For other users: from 1st May to 30th September.
• The swimming pool is open from mid-April to the end of September.
• The Seasonal Contract allows the possibility to stay a maximum of FIVE MONTHS during the period in which the site is open. The caravan, mobile home or holiday home can be left on-site free of charge during the rest of the year.
• Use of Prime Pitches in winter (according to possibility and prior agreement): 48€ per day

Management service for your mobile home on the campsite

Connection at the start of the season – 55€ + repairs equipment if necessary. We turn on your gas, electricity and water supplies before you arrive.

Ménage complet début de saison – 225 € +matériel de réparation si nécessaire.
Après le branchement des installations comme ci-dessus, et nous faisons le ménage complet de votre mobil-home.

Key collection/Basic maintenance – 175€ for the season + any costs for repairs equipment.
We take care of your mobile home when your guests come to stay by checking that everything is in order for their arrival and throughout their stay. Housekeeping is at the expense of your guests during and at the end of their stay. A cleaning service is offered at 45€ per session.

Rental management – 25% commission.
We take care of the marketing of your rental properties and provide maintenance services during your guests’ stay.

Closure at the end of the season – 55€
We will disconnect your water, electricity and gas supplies in preparation for winter. Your water heater is drained to protect it from freezing.

No service
You use your own equipment completely independently. We offer our intervention at an hourly rate of 35€ + equipment.
